To become a verified Trade Member complete the following steps:

  1. Complete and submit the registration form below.
  2. Complete and submit a uniform Sales And Use Certificate or submit your state sales tax exempt form for resale. We must receive your state sales tax certificate before we can process your approval.
  3. 1502 Fabrics has Nexus in North Carolina only.  If located in North Carolina, Trade Members must pay NC Sales Tax or provide a NC E-595.
